“Trip to Japan” Giveaway Rules
No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win this giveaway. A purchase or payment will not increase your chances of winning.
The “Trip to Japan” Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open only to legal residents of the United States and Canada and will be governed and evaluated according to applicable U.S. federal and state laws. Do not enter this Giveaway if you are not a resident of the U.S. or Canada or are otherwise ineligible under these Official Rules.

Eligibility:
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States and Canada who are at least 21 years of age or have reached the age of majority in their respective state or province of residence at the time of entry (the “Entrants”). Employees, officers, directors, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, grandparents, siblings, children, and grandchildren) or household members (whether related or not) of the Sponsor or its parent company are not eligible to participate. Any violation of these rules will result in disqualification. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Agreement to Official Rules:
By participating, Entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
How to Enter:
The Giveaway begins at 12:00:01 AM Central Time on June 2, 2025, and ends at 11:59:59 PM Central Time on August 17, 2025. The Sponsor’s database is the official timekeeping device for this Giveaway.
To enter, during the Giveaway Period, Entrants must fill out the required information on a stamp card and submit it to a participating store. Required information includes:
・Phone number
・Name
・Email address
The winner will be selected on 00/00/0000.
Limit one (1) entry per person.
All information must be complete and accurate. Automated entries are not permitted. Mechanically reproduced entries are void. Entrants’ personal information will be handled according to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
General Conditions:
If the operation or integrity of the Giveaway is compromised in any way for any reason, including but not limited to virus, hacking, tampering, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the Sponsor’s control, the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and/or to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway. In such a case, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, select a winner from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the action.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE GIVEAWAY OR RELATED WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE ITS LEGITIMATE OPERATION MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR TAKE LEGAL ACTION TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Failure of the Sponsor to enforce any provision of these Official Rules does not constitute a waiver of that provision. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the entrant based on an email address, the entry will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry.
Release and Limitation of Liability:
By entering, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to:
・Technical errors preventing entry submission
・Human error or unauthorized access
・Printing errors
・Errors in administration or winner selection
・Injury, death, or property damage resulting directly or indirectly from participation in the Giveaway or use of a prize
The Sponsor is not responsible for any technical problems, including but not limited to website malfunctions, internet outages, system errors, or data loss.
In any dispute, the Entrant agrees that damages will be limited to actual costs of entering the Giveaway and waives the right to claim attorneys’ fees or any form of punitive, incidental, or consequential damages (except where prohibited by law, e.g., for residents of New Jersey).
