Official Rules & Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility
• Open only to legal residents of Oklahoma, age 18 or older at the time of entry.
• Employees, officers, and directors of Tamashii Ramen House (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) or household members of each are not eligible to participate.
• By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and all decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding.
2. Contest Period
• Begins June 26, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM CDT on August 31, 2025 (“Contest Period”).
3. How to Enter
• Main Entry:
1. Follow any of the Tamashii social media pages – Facebook, Instagram or TikTok
1. Visit one of the three Tamashii Ramen House locations (Norman, Midtown, Edmond) during the Contest Period.
2. Take a photo or video at the location of your choice.
3. Post your photo or video to your public Instagram or Facebook account, tag Tamashii Ramen House’s official page, and tag the friend you would take with you if you win.
• Bonus Entries:
• Attend the Norman pop-up event (July 16–20, 2025), share a photo or video from the event, and tag Tamashii Ramen House for one additional entry.
• Attend the Anniversary Party at the Midtown location in August, post a photo or video, and tag Tamashii Ramen House for one additional entry.
• Limit one main entry per person. Each bonus activity provides one additional entry, for a maximum of three entries per person.
4. Entry Requirements
• Social media accounts must be public for entry validation.
• All entries must comply with the platform’s terms of service and community guidelines.
• Entries must not contain inappropriate, offensive, or infringing content.
5. Winner Selection & Notification
• One (1) Grand Prize winner will be select from all eligible entries on or about September 8, 2025.
• Winner will be notified via direct message on the social media platform used for entry within eight (8) days of selection.
• Winner must respond within 72 hours and provide proof of Oklahoma residency and age. If the winner does not respond or is found ineligible, or cannot use the voucher and meet contest participation rules, an alternate winner will be selected.
6. Prize
• Grand Prize: A travel voucher for two (2) to Japan (approximate value: $2,000) redeemable for airfare only subject to travel provider terms.
• Voucher must be used within one (1) calendar year from the date the winner is announced.
• Voucher is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Any additional expenses (e.g., meals, incidentals, travel insurance, passport/visa fees) are the sole responsibility of the winner and guest.
• Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Publicity Release
• By accepting the prize, the winner grants Tamashii Ramen House the right to use their name, likeness, and submitted content for promotional purposes, including social media, website, and press releases, without further compensation or notice. Winner will also be required to conduct a post-trip interview for social media/website use with the Tamashii marketing firm. Photos/videos from winner’s trip to Japan will be used in the post-trip video recap.
8. General Conditions
• Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest.
• Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries.
• By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation or acceptance of the prize.
9. Disputes
• This Contest is governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.
10. Privacy
• Personal information collected will be used solely for the administration of the Contest and in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
